New Makes this Week

I am super organised and preparing for the party plan launch side of my
business in September, already have a request for two bookings, so no excuse now.

I have always tended to do OOAK designs but have now had to spend time
ensuring that ideas can be made again.

Lavender Sleep Pillow

Made in cotton fabric filled with lavender and fibrefill, decorated with a machine embroidered design and the wording: Lavender Pillow To relax & calm

Eloise - Swarovski Bracelet

Both the bracelet are made with genuine Swarovski crystals and pearls
and the findings are Sterling Silver

Spring?

Well is spring here or not? the weather has been a bit better of late but this North wind is just not cricket at this time of year!

Weekend Craft Fair

Rowlands Castle Craft Fair this past weekend, met up with some old friends and met up with some new, a bit quiet to begin with but not bad in the end. Thought I would take some photos, not just of my stall but also the village.











A pretty Hampshire village nestled just below the South Downs,
friendly exhibitors and equally friendly visitors.

Off to start planning and making for the next event on Saturday 22nd May
a monthly market in Liss.

Finally looking out my kitchen window, into a Magnolia tree, what did I see
but a beautiful baby Chaffinch being fed by a parent. Nature is wonderful.

Show and Tell Monday

I love making Bespoke creations, sitting down with a client, hearing their dream of a special gift or card, turning the dream into a reality and seeing their faces when the gift is finished.

This week has been no exception, although for a family friend,
I always add a bit of love to my creations.

A special gift for a lady who will be 90 in July.

What can you give a delightful 90 year old lady? I decided to make a rose patterned apron with complimenting check pockets. Brenda is active at her church, helping with the morning coffee and lunches, so felt this would suit a lady always ready with a smile.



Her card is machine embroidered with a butterfly and rose theme
