Welcome to Carolee Crafts an online individual boutique offering you a unique gift experience.
My name is Caroline and I spend my days making beautiful creations. Living in a small village called Lindford, in the Hampshire countryside. Sitting on the edge of the South Downs National Park.
I have always loved to create whether by thread, paper, wool and dabbled in ceramics a long time ago. I tend to use pastel colours and love woodland animal themes.
Coming from a creative family going back generations from a Mother who stitched blouses out of damaged silk parachutes, a Great, Great Aunt who lived in a Grace and Favour appartment at Hampton Court palace and stitched in a team of ladies for Queen Mary. A Great Great aunt who had her own millinery business in Bromley. Not forgetting my Father who came from a long line of builders. Designing, with my Mother’s suggestions beautiful houses that became homes.
All the items I sell have been made with care and attention to detail, finished to a high standard and each piece is quality controlled to ensure that you the customer are delighted with your purchase be it a gift for yourself or for someone special.
I offer a bespoke service for those hard to find gifts or cards, if you have an idea let me see if I can help you, there is no obligation.
Looks like you have had a very busy week - love the gorgeous colours of your makes. Very sumptuous. Glad the Fabric Event was good and looking forward to seeing your makes from your purchases. Have a good week.
ReplyDeleteWow, where to even start... The dark and vibrant reds used are truly beautiful. The detailing is outstanding and the attention to detail is something else. If these bad boys don't go down well for valentines then the customers out there really don't have a clue! I can't believe how gorgeous the brocade is or the work on the first bag. Big Thumbs up! That is impressive work there!
ReplyDeleteWish I'd known about the Maltings fair - are any more coming up? I love your bags, especially the red clasp one with the heart - that's SOoooo beautiful.

Caroline I love the brocade frame purse. Beautiful. Did you use the free sewing embroidery foot for your machine embroidered initial? I have just purchased one as somebody wanted something writing on one of my dog bandanas, if mine is half as good as your skills I'll be happy. Do you use a hoop?
