Show and Tell Monday

Where is the year going, we are already past the half way point for Christmas, (another 144 days to go) must start thinking of the new Christmas line soon.

Had delivered this week a fantastic book, from Amazon, just for the creative personality:

The author has the knowledge of how the creative mind works, I am sure our brains do work differently as creativity is a way of life and a passion. I plan to start my visual journal and journey this week.

Another two applique cards:

Finally framed the cross stitch tea cup and saucer, used a pretty green rose fabric (that DH chose, he wanted you all to know this) for the mount and a pale wood frame.

Have joined Handmade UK, a group of like minded creative individuals promoting British Craft.

As my Facebook friends know, due to illness, I was unable to make the craft fair this weekend, very disappointed as I have been working hard towards this event. Have however, found a local Village Market once a month about 5 miles from me and sent off the email to ask if there are any vacancies. Have been looking for a regular reasonably priced event to act as a form of advertising etc.

Check out the other blogs on my list to see all the wonderful creations and tales for this week.

Have a happy week.

  4. I think you're right, our creative minds do see things differently. I was thinking just that when I wrote on my Blog about the mark making from pieces of rubbish when planning a collograph.
I'm just glad there are others like us out there.
