That is it for this week, now next week thinking Jubilee celebrations, red white & blue, London......
See you next week same time, same place...
We've got it all sewn up
I started Carolee Crafts in 2003 with the aim to design and make handmade gifts using the best quality fabric, beads, lace and ribbons. I have been creating all my life from sewing, embroidery, ceramics, parchment craft, painting and more. Being creative runs in my family and something that comes naturally and an art that I could not live without. I find nature a natural source of ideas always carrying a camera and notebook to take photos or jot down ideas.
I am constantly developing my style but admit that my passion is with the Victorian era, shabby chic and vintage styling. Elegance of a past age when days were slower, Ladies whiled away the days embroidering beautiful samples, gentle trips down the river on long warm summer days and yes I am a dreamer which I feel makes what I do successful.
