2011 has finally arrived, resolutions made and started, dreams dreamed, wishes made,
hopes renewed. Each New Year I start a new calender and diary, new note book for my ideas a fresh start and it is a good feeling that we are able to cast off the old and look forward to the new, whatever 2011 may bring by joining together, supporting each other, anything is possible.
I have several projects and aspirations for the New Year and what better start than to have won the Vetcy Grand Prize with Victorian etc on line emag.
I cannot thank you all enough for your votes, this is a great honour.
Lavender Dreams
Lavender Dreams is just one of the new sections being added to my website in January, made in shades of lilac with the purity of white and sometimes the elegant scent of lavender, hints of ribbons and lace, delicate jewellery and vintage styles.
Over Christmas I made a sample lavender embroidered mouse, happy with the results and typical of mice there are more on the way........ they are approx 4.5" tall to the tip of the ears, have glitter cording for the tails, scented with lavender, sit on a table de dressage to bring a smile to a new day.

and more to come.............. Watch this space

ReplyDeleteGold with high ductility and malleability. With casting, a piece of one ounce of gold can be turned into five millionths inch thick semi-transparent gold. Or can be stretched to fifty miles long and five microns in diameter, equivalent to one-tenth of the diameter of a hair.

i really like the union jack cushion! Just had my bedroom decorated with my feature wall as a london skyline but i've got red accents instead of purple :( Error!
