Still making and this week another pinafore this time in cherry red with Christmas Trees on the bodice
Not forgetting the boys
Stockings in my muted palette of cream and white. I love pastel shades and after reading an American business blog recently where it advised that sometimes keeping to 3 or 4 colours on a website when selling is best. Some may say it limits the market place but also can attract the customers that also love those shades.
Candle jar linen wraps, something not very big but think will add a touch of something extra to the candle jars by that well known candle supplier. will not be selling the candles themselves as they are available in most garden centres etc, should not be hard to find.
Your Christmas makes are lovely - I especially like the waistcoats, very smart. Glad you took up the suggestion to go to the Needlework Archive event - I am sure it will be a great event. Hope you have a good week.
ReplyDeleteI love the pinafores and can imagine some very smart little chaps in those waistcoats :)
ReplyDeleteamazingly productive as always!
ReplyDeletei love your beautiful dresses and waistcoats, just perfect for little ones to at Christmas time. I think the reds are my favourite - so warm, you've chosen gorgeous fabric.
Its interesting what you say about limiting colours on a website... i certainly have my favourites as i guess we all do but i hadn't considered deliberately limiting the colours i use before.. x
I love your little people's dresses and waistcoats, they're adorable!
ReplyDeleteThe pinafore's are lovely, I really like the Christmas tree design. And those waistcoats are gorgeous. The red one with Santa inside is wonderful. I'm sure they'll be really popular. Thanks for sharing.

Liking the idea of the candle jar wraps. I love the particular brand of candle you mean, but never like think they look pretty when burning (even though the smell is divine).
ReplyDeleteLovely kids clothing
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely love both pinafores! So cute!
ReplyDeleteI like the glimpses of Christmas linings on your waistcoats.
ReplyDeleteThe red waistcoat looks very festive.
ReplyDeleteLove those little waistcoats! The linings make them special too.
ReplyDeleteIf you're taking those little dresses and waistcoats to the fairs, I bet they wont be hanging around for long!
