Welcome to Carolee Crafts an online individual boutique offering you a unique gift experience.
My name is Caroline and I spend my days making beautiful creations. Living in a small village called Lindford, in the Hampshire countryside. Sitting on the edge of the South Downs National Park.
I have always loved to create whether by thread, paper, wool and dabbled in ceramics a long time ago. I tend to use pastel colours and love woodland animal themes.
Coming from a creative family going back generations from a Mother who stitched blouses out of damaged silk parachutes, a Great, Great Aunt who lived in a Grace and Favour appartment at Hampton Court palace and stitched in a team of ladies for Queen Mary. A Great Great aunt who had her own millinery business in Bromley. Not forgetting my Father who came from a long line of builders. Designing, with my Mother’s suggestions beautiful houses that became homes.
All the items I sell have been made with care and attention to detail, finished to a high standard and each piece is quality controlled to ensure that you the customer are delighted with your purchase be it a gift for yourself or for someone special.
I offer a bespoke service for those hard to find gifts or cards, if you have an idea let me see if I can help you, there is no obligation.
Very exciting news about the Press Loft - looking forward to reading all about it. Your bag is lovely - very chic. Love the key fob too. Know what you mean about the computer wasting time (horrendous week on mine!). Alice in Wonderland has lots of lovely inspirational things for crafting - hope to see your makes soon. Re your comment on my mid-week post (thank you) about where does the time go - you are right, not being a wage slave for someone else does removes the rigid structure from our working day. Although we work hard, because we so enjoy what we do and have no prescribed start and finish times, we lose track of time and days. Hope you have a good week and it stops raining (fingers and paws crossed).
ReplyDeleteComputers are great when they work how they are meant to but when they don't..... Mind you I seem to spend enough time on them even when they do work! I love the bag and like the subdued flag.
ReplyDeleteI am loving that union jack heart and rose embroidery, and indeed the bag!!
ReplyDeleteComputer work can be very tedious but it's all for a good cause!!
Good luck with your "to do" list, it sounds as though it reads like mine!!
The pink and white bag is gorgeous, love the combination of colours.

Yes, I've had problems sending full size images too - such a pain.

ReplyDeleteReally like the strippy bag and agree that the muted colours on the union jack look so much better thna the normal. Have used one of the cd's already 'Say it with Flowers' to make a Birthday card for a friend. It's on my blog.

ReplyDeleteThe key fob is wonderful too - what a fun idea!
I sent Tracey some images too - had to consult my brother on the finer details - he is a bit of a computer expert (and therefore lifesaver at times!) well done for persevering and getting it sorted in the end! x
Love the keyfob. I miss seeing the old style telephone boxes (wouldn't be without my mobile though!)
ReplyDeleteLets hope the weather picks up soon.

Computers steal time. I've just spent the whole afternoon at mine, It's good to get things done but never as satisfying as creating something.
ReplyDeleteLove the key fob, I'm a big fan of soft fobs that don't add to the rattling!

I'm loving all the jubilee stuff around at the moment, and the ecelebration of Britishness. Do you think it will carry on after the jubilee is over??
ReplyDeleteA late arrival (again!) - but a lovely bag, the colours are perfect and despite making lots of really bright things, I am really liking the muted colours myself. Have a good week-end!
